Questions

Do I need my own Grok subscription?

Yes. Grok Bot comes with SuperGrok plans from $30 a month, billed by xAI to your company. We don't resell licences: you own the account and the data, and we set up and run the Bots on it.

Is my data safe?

Grok Bot's cloud computer is encrypted in transit and at rest, with an opt-out from model training, and sensitive actions can be reviewed before they run. We sign a data processing agreement with you and give each Bot access only to the systems it needs.

How many calls can the listing line take at once?

Several at the same time. We size the line to your volume when we set it up, so a new rental doesn't leave anyone waiting.

Will callers know they're talking to an AI?

Yes. The voice agent says so at the start of every call, as EU rules require. It hands over to a person whenever the caller asks.

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. You can forward unanswered or after-hours calls from your current number, or use a separate Roboffi line just for listings.
